TEEN CCR Orientation on June 4th

Socorro County Teen Empowerment and Education Network (TEEN) Coordinated Community Response (CCR) Orientation

More than one high school student in 10 in Socorro County reports being hit or physically hurt by their dating partner. Teen Dating Violence is a serious public health issue that impacts young people’s school and health outcomes, including increasing risk for:
  • Early and unplanned pregnancy 
  • Thinking about or attempting suicide 
  • Use of drugs and alcohol 
  • Poor academic performance 
You are invited to be part of the solution. Please join us at the TEEN CCR Orientation this week to learn more about how you can play a role in ending dating violence
